Issue: Unable to Log In

  • Solution: Double-check your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset feature.

Issue: Trading Orders Not Going Through

  • Solution: Ensure you have sufficient funds in your trading account. Confirm that the stock or cryptocurrency ticker symbol is correct.

Issue: Delayed Notifications

  • Solution: Check your notification settings in the PIPS app and make sure you have enabled notifications for relevant events.
